Welcome to the World of Wisdom Access Questions (WAQs)

If you want to create more meaningful inquiry and get to the bottom of problems more quickly,
practice with these questions.
Choose a few as you prepare for one-on-one reviews, or if you need to approach one of your co-workers with a problem.
At home, they are perfect not only to help your teen work out a problem without telling them what to do, but also for working something through with your spouse or significant other.

When questions lead to forward motion and a solution,
it’s an easier time for all.
Remember to ask permission before you fire off a series of WAQ’s.
Otherwise, the person will feel like they are undergoing an interrogation!
Use them wisely and not as a weapon.
Wishing you well,
