You may unsubscribe at any time.Consent* I agree to the Disclaimer.WHEREAS, InterCoach, Inc. is engaged in the business of advising and counseling its clients with respect to skill development, management style, leadership, business development, the proper format for the presentation of the Client’s business, networking skills, interpersonal relationships, personal and professional goal setting, career strategy and time management; and WHEREAS, Client desires to engage Intercoach for purposes of acting as a consultant in connection with skill development, management style, leadership, business and career development, the proper format for the presentation of Client’s business, networking skills, interpersonal relationships, personal and professional goal setting, career strategy and time management; 1. Independent Contractor. Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is not intended to, and does not in any way, create a relationship of principal and agent, or employer and employee between Intercoach and Client, and that Intercoach shall not be responsible for and shall not: (i) procure or attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for Client; (ii) perform any business management function including, but not limited to, accounting services, tax advice or the investment of funds or advice with regard thereto; and (iii) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, group therapy or behavioral therapy. Release of Liability. Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that Intercoach has made no representations, either verbal or in writing, with respect to the results of any suggestions or advice given to Client by Intercoach pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. IN connection therewith, Client hereby releases and forever discharges Intercoach, its successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees, agents, and shareholders, representative, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, sums of monies, interest, attorneys’ fees or costs of any nature whatsoever, on account of any and all claims or causes of action, which may arise out of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, the services to be provided to Client by Intercoach, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. In connection therewith, Client further acknowledges and agrees that any and all actions taken by Client, whether under the advice of suggestion of Intercoach, is solely at Client’s sole risk.
